Return used cartridges and get money off your next order

How it works

Each cartridge has an "empty value". This tells you how much discount we'll give you off your next order if you return that cartridge. You'll need to return cartridges with a combined empty value of at least £10 before we can collect them from you and give you your money off voucher.

Step 1

Store your used cartridges in a packing box. You'll use the packing box to send us your used cartridges. When you have about 10 used cartridges to return, use our cartridge checker to find out how much your used cartridges are worth.

Step 2

If all the used cartridges you have are worth more than £10 in total, you will be able to request a courier to pick up your used cartridges. You can use our form to leave specific instructions for the courier.

Step 3

Once you have requested a courier, you'll be able to print out a label to stick to the front of your packing box. Secure your packing box and wait for the courier to arrive. If you have any questions about when the courier will arrive, please phone us on 0800 10 76 770.

Step 4

Hand the packing box, with the address label clearly secured to the box, to the courier.

Step 5

Once we receive your used cartridges we'll check them over to make sure that you have sent us the correct cartridges. If the cartridges are of good quality and can be recycled we'll send you an email containing a voucher code which you can used against any future order with Toners4Less. The voucher will be for the empty value of the cartridges we can recycle.
