Payment Methods
Toners4Less accept payment by Credit or Debit card through this website. Your card payment will be taken securely through our payment gateway, Sagepay. Toners4Less offer credit terms to selected customers. If you would like to open a credit account with us, please call us on 0800 10 76 770. If you are accepted for a credit account you will be able to place an order online using your credit account.
Shipping
All goods are dispatched using High Quality courier services. Most items will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be present to receive the items then a card will be left by the courier and you should follow the instructions on the card.
We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 to 5 business days, subject to availability. All goods must be checked on receipt and any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the applicable rate. All other orders are VAT free.
Secure online payment
When you place an order with this website our payment gateway, Sagepay, will take you payment securely. We do not store your credit card details on this site.
Guarantee
All of our products are compatible and come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Excludes any carriage costs.
Returns policy
There may be an occasion where you need to return an item purchased from Toners4Less, in this instance please follow this procedure below.
Faulty Goods
A Quality Returns Number is required for all returns (QRN).
If your goods are visibly damaged on receipt please contact us immediately (with in 7 working days) to obtain your QRN number and explain the nature of the damage. We can then arrange the collection of the damaged item, and the dispatch of a new item.
If, after the 7 days, the product is found to be faulty, or should become faulty you can obtain a replacement or a refund. With in 30 days of receipt of your goods we will arrange for a replacement to be issued, and for a courier to collect the faulty item. Should you require a refund, this will be processed when the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
Please contact us for your QRN number.
If an item is found to be faulty after 30 days, our products are guaranteed for 12 months. You can obtain a replacement or a refund within this time, but the faulty item must be returned to our warehouse before your replacement or refund can be issued. You will need to contact us for your QRN number, you will then need to fill in the return form which is on the reverse of your invoice sent with the order (the form can be emailed to you if you do not have one). The QRN number that you are given is active for 14 days, if we do not receive the faulty item(s) back with in this time you will need to contact us for a new Quality Returns Number.
Unwanted Goods
If your good become surplus to requirements, or you have ordered in error, your order can be returned to us for an exchange or for a refund with in 30 days. The goods must be returned in the original packaging, and must be unused. If the item has been opened or used we may not be able to offer an exchange or refund, or the refund may incur a -25% re-stocking fee. You will also need to obtain your QRN number for returns of this nature.
How to raise your returns request?
For all returns you will need to obtain a Quality Returns Number, which you can obtain by contacting our customer service desk or by sending an email (details below). We will need your order number, and your reason for the return.
**If your goods are returned to us without a Quality Returns Number we will make every effort to locate your return, but we can not guarantee your refund/replacement will be issued. **
