Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card & PayPal.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling All goods are despatched using High Quality courier services. Most items will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be present to receive the items then a card will be left by the courier and you should follow the instructions on the card.
In the event of non-collection from the courier, re-delivery may incur extra charges.

Returns Policy All our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt and we will replace and collect faulty goods.

Refunds
When refunds become applicable this may incur a restocking fee and non refundable carriage
We recommend that you request a certificate of posting on despatching your goods. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
Please send all returns by a traceable method as we will not be held responsible for items "lost in transit".
A replacement will be despatched immediately on receipt and inspection of the faulty item. Unfortunately we are unable to accept items returned without a QRN ( please see above for information on obtaining a QRN number ).
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling you do have the right to cancel you order for within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. You will have to pay the return shipping. |
