Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All goods are despatched using High Quality courier services. Most items will require a signiture on delivery. Should no one be present to receive the items then a card will be left by the courier and you will need to contact them to arrange collection. The courier will hold the items for 3 days, If no contact is made they will then return them to our warehouse. Further transport costs will be required for re-delivery of these items. |

Returns Policy RETURNS PROCEDURE
All our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt, if in the unlikely event you experience a fault, then please follow the procedure below.
Please E-mail sales@toners4less.co.uk and ask for a QRN (Quality Returns Number) and explain the nature of the fault. A representative will contact you to either rectify the problem or to issue a QRN
Pack the Faulty item into its original packaging and return along with a letter explaining the fault, A print sample page and include the Quality Returns Number to

Please send all returns by a traceable method as we will not be held responsible for items "lost in transit". a replacement will be despatched immediately on receipt and isnpection of the faulty item.Unfortunately we are unable to accept items returned without a QRN.
